Interactive Bird Illustrations – Ngilgi Cave Ancient Lands Experience (WA)
Ngilgi Cave splendid wren

I was commissioned by the Gibson Group to create a series of interactive bird illustrations for the Ngilgi Cave Ancient Lands Experience in Western Australia. These artworks bring to life native bird species of the region, enhancing an immersive, educational exhibit that explores the connection between nature, culture, and storytelling. It was a pleasure to contribute to such a meaningful project that celebrates the rich biodiversity and ancient landscapes of the area.

Moore Wilson’s Book Nook – Illustration Commission

I was commissioned by Moore Wilson’s in Wellington to create a pair of large-scale illustrations for their Book Nook in the toy store — a cosy space dedicated to children's books and storytelling. The project included a standalone painting of a tuatara, and a vibrant wall-spanning mural featuring native New Zealand birds. Both pieces were designed to celebrate Aotearoa’s unique wildlife and to help spark imagination and curiosity in young readers as they explore the space.

Biodiversity Poster Series – National Aquarium of New Zealand

I was commissioned by the National Aquarium of New Zealand in Napier to create a series of six large-scale illustrated posters celebrating the rich biodiversity of Hawke’s Bay. Each poster showcases a different local environment — including native bush, estuary, rocky shore, ocean beach, and urban nature — highlighting the unique wildlife that calls each place home. Designed to be both educational and visually engaging, the series aims to inspire curiosity about local ecosystems and encourage conservation through connection.
